Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1/2 can pumpkin (about 1 cup)
    2 cups frozen berries
    1 cup steel cut ots
    4 1/2 cups wateer

Directions

Wipe the inside of the crock with a little olive oil first. It helps with cleanup.
Set crockpot on high and cook for 2 hours.

    It was very good. At first I thought, oh my this is way too much water and had to keep my crock pot on high for about 3 hours and than it finally came all together and was wonderful. I did 1 cup of frozen raspberries and 1 cup of frozen blueberries. - 3/10/08

    Incredible!
    Love it. I added 2oz. unsweetened applesauce, cinnamon and 1T ground flax, and 2oz. unsweetened almond milk...yum! - 3/8/10
