Ingredients

    2 eggs, beaten
    3 tsp. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    4 tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 cups flour
    2 tbsp. baking powder
    2 cups 2% milk

Directions

Preheat griddle to 350 degrees.

In large bowl, mix with wire whisk:
eggs, sugar, vanilla, butter, and salt.

Add flour and baking soda and stir with whisk while adding in milk. Stir just until batter is wet.

Pour onto lightly greased hot griddle into individual pancakes and cook until bubbles pop and slightly dry. Flip pancakes and cook until golden. Serve hot.
