Introduction
Modified for a healthier, lowfat, sugarfree version, but every bit as great and moist as I remember! Modified for a healthier, lowfat, sugarfree version, but every bit as great and moist as I remember!Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
1 cup Splenda
1 egg
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup skim milk
Directions
Mash the bananas with a fork, add Splenda, beaten egg, and apple sauce. Add flour and baking soda. Add milk. Pour into a loaf pan sprayed with canola oil cooking spray.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
