Introduction

I have made this for many years for my FIL because he cannot have any gluten in his diet. It's a very easy recipe and everyone love's it. I have made this for many years for my FIL because he cannot have any gluten in his diet. It's a very easy recipe and everyone love's it.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2- 8 oz. pkgs. low fat cream cheese
    3 Eggs
    3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
    1 - 8 oz. container Low Fat Sour Cream
    3 T. Granulated Sugar
    1 t. lemon juice
    1 t. vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a glass pie plate. Mix softened cream cheese, eggs & sugar with a hand mixer until smooth & fluffy. Pour into greased pie plate & bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Then cool on rack for 20 minutes. Mix together sour cream, sugar & Vanilla & Lemon juice & spoon into the center of the pie. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Cool, refrigerate & enjoy!! Very EASY! Very DELICIOUS. Serving Size - 1/8 of pie.
