    Cucumber (with peel), 0.25 unit
    Yellow peppers, 10 grams
    Sweet, red pepper, .25 unit
    Onions, raw, .5 small

    For the dressing:

    Olive Oil, .5 tsp
    balsamic vinegar, .5 tablespoon
    Salt, .25 tsp


Chopped or julienne all veggies. Place in a bowl.
Whisk ingredients for dressing together and add to salad before serving.
