    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    *Flour, white, 1 cup
    Banana, fresh, 5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Baking Powder, 1-1/2 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1/4 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1/8 tsp
    egg white-egg beaters, 6 tbsp
    *Canola Oil, 1/4 cup
    *Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 1/4 cup


In large bowl combine flour, baking powder and soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg. In medium bowl mash bananas, add in oil, apple sauce and egg whites. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir just until combined. Spray bread pan with non-stick cooking spray and bake at 350 degress for 45 minutes. When done, take bread out of pan immediately and onto cooling rack. Cut into 12 slices. ( you could slice it thinner but I had a hard time, thinner slices would decrease the calories by about 30 per slice)
