Ingredients

    INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

    3 pounds flank steak
    1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
    1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix

Directions

Makes 10 servings

DIRECTIONS
Place meat in the bottom of the slow cooker; if necessary, slice meat to make it fit!
In a medium bowl, mix together mushroom and tomato soup. Pour mixture over beef. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over top.
Cover, and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours.

    I made this but added sliced mushrooms and baby carrots on top. Served it with mashed potatoes made with low-fat sour cream and a tossed salad. My husband and grandchildren want it at least twice a month. - 7/20/09

    I used a thin sirloin. It was very tender, very moist. Made a lot of juice. Ended up tasting somewhat like a very good pot roast. Family really enjoyed it. Would add mushrooms next time. - 4/1/09

    Sorry... but I'm not even going to try this one - the sodium level is through the roof! (One serving has more than half the recommended daily limit for most adults, and 80% of the recommended daily limit for people with diabetes, high blood pressure, or kidney disease!) - 5/20/12
