    1/3 cup light mayo
    1/4 cup finely chopped celery
    1/4 cup slivered almonds
    2 tbsp finely chopped onion
    1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
    1 tsp sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 can (6 oz) tuna, water-packed, drained
    1/2 cup chopped red apple

    Optional (not included in nutritional information):
    6 slices reduced calorie bread
    6 lettuce leaves


In large bowl combine first 7 ingredients; stir in tuna and apple.

Serving size is 1/2 cup

Optional: Spread 1/2 cup tuna on three slices of bread. Top with lettuce and remaining bread
