This is a quick low carb treat! This is a quick low carb treat!
Number of Servings: 5


    1 cup boiling water
    1 package sugar free jell-o
    1 cup cold water
    8 oz. light cream cheese (or fat free for slightly lower calories)
    8 T. cool whip


Pour one cup of boiling water into a blender and add the package of jell-o. Blend for one minute then add the cold water and blend for one minute more. Add the cream cheese, one glop at a time, allowing it to blend in between glops. Add cool whip and blend until smooth. Pour into individual serving containers and stick in the fridge for an hour or two until set!
