Introduction

Another recipe I've thrown together to get rid of the higher-fat ingredients I have in my house! Another recipe I've thrown together to get rid of the higher-fat ingredients I have in my house!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    0.5 Can Low Fat Coconut Milk
    1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    1.25 Cups Good Seasonings Asian Ginger Sesame Dressing
    ~2.10 lbs Chicken Breast, Skinless & Boneless
    ~4 cups frozen stir fry veggies
    6 Tbsp Sesame Oil
    1 Tbsp Cornstarch

Directions

Marinate chicken overnight with dressing and oil. Dump that into a saute pan, along with veggies. Cook all until done. Remove chicken and veggies, and add soy sauce, cornstarch and coconut milk and bring to a boil, then allow to cool as to thicken.

Serve with rice, bulgur or quinoa.

Makes 6 servings.
