    1 1/2 cups HOT water
    2 Tbls olive oil
    2 Tbls honey
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 white bresd flour
    1 cup spelt flour
    3/8 cup vital gluten
    1/2 cup ground flax seed
    2/3 cup uncooked oatmeal
    2 1/4 tsp yeast or 1 pkg


I use a bread maker:
Put in a hot water ,oil & honey, then add flours, salt, vital gluten, flax seed & oatmeal. Make a hole in the center & put yeast in - DO NOT let it touch liquids. Follow breadmaker settings for whole wheat & use light crust setting.
