    *3 egg whites
    *1/2 tbls. herbs of your choice (I used an italian blend)
    * 3 strips cooked center cut bacon crumbled
    *1 wedge of Laughing Cow cheese light swiss original cut up into small pieces
    *I can't believe its not butter spray to coat pan


Scramble egg whites and herbs.

Bring pan to medium heat. Spray pan with "I can't believe its not butter."

Add egg whites and herbs to pan and cook until done. Approx. 5 minutes. Swirl pan to move egg whites around cooked egg white to ensure all eggs are cooked. Add cheese and bacon. Fold omelet and continue cooking for one minute and then flip and cook an additional minute to allow cheese to melt. Plate and enjoy.

Makes 1 omelet. 1 serving
