    32 to 40 oz. water /1lb. appx venison meat as in stew type cuts/dried egg noodles/about 4 fresh mushrooms sliced or chopped/1 onion med. or lg.chopped/butter about a tbls/corn canned or fresh frozen same as green beens/


chop venison into cubes/have water brought to boil with butter and any season u prefer/put in onion and venison and reduce heat to med./cook for appx. 15 min./ add mushrooms and corn and g.beans cook for another 15 covered. add egg noodles and reduce to low heat covered for appx antoher 15 until noodles are tender. simmer on low for another 15..not to long though because noodles tend to mush up if over cooked..: ) its really good for leftovers the next day though!! serves about 8 unless your hubby is really liking it!
