    8 oz. Dreamfield's Linguini (or whole grain linguini)
    1 small Zucchini, halved lengthwise & sliced
    1 small yellow squash, halved lengthwise & sliced
    1/2 Med. bell pepper, cut into strips
    1/2 Med. red onion, halved crosswise & cut into wedges
    PAM Olive Oil No=Stick Cooking Spray
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. NoSalt (Salt Alternative)
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 can (14.5 oz.) Hunt's Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano, undrained
    1/4 c. shredded (or Grated) Parmesan cheese


1. Prepare Pasta according to package directions. Drain & keep warm in cooking pa,.

2.Combine zucchini, yellow squash, bell pepper & onion in large bowl. Spray with cooking spray to coat. Sprinkle with oregano, NoSalt & black pepper. Toss.

3. Heat large grill pan or skillet over high heat. Add vegetables, cook 6 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

4 Add undrained tomatoes and cooked veggies to pasta, toss until well mixed. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve warm.
