Introduction

This recipe is wonderful I just modified it from Martha Stewart website a little and used chicken breast This recipe is wonderful I just modified it from Martha Stewart website a little and used chicken breast
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 chicken breast (cut in half)
    1 cup of white wine
    1 tbsp light butter
    2 tbsp parsley
    1 tbsp thyme
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp pepper
    4 wedges of lemon
    1 tsp lemon juice
    4 cloves of garlic(sliced into slivers)


Directions

Place chicken breast in pan season with sea salt, pepper, garlic cloves and thyme, add white wine and bring to boil. Reduce to to simmer and cook for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over and place lemon wedges on top of chicken and allow to cook till tender aprox. 15 min. Then remove chicken and cover and keep warm. Boil remaining juice till 2/3 gone, then add parsley, butter, lemon juice, sea salt, and pepper to taste. Simmer till thickened to pour. Pour over chicken when serving. Makes 8 servings.
