    1 medium zucchini
    1 medium summer squash
    1 large red sweet pepper
    2 carrots
    1 sweet onion
    3 stalks celery
    2 cup brocolli
    1.5 cups low sodium chicken broth
    basil and pepper to taste


cut all veggies

put in glass casserole dish. season with basil and pepper

add chicken broth

bake at 375 for 20 minutes
