    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 4 peppers
    * Ground beef, lean, 1 lb.
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * *Ketchup, Heinz, 4 tbsp
    * *Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 0.25 cup


Combine beef, onions, ketchup and garlic together in a pan on the stove. Cook until cooked all the way. Set aside. Clean out the inside of each pepper (throw insides away) and put in a glass dish (9 x 9), sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Place in oven and cook at 300 until peppers are almost charred (black/brown) and smell is abundant.
