Number of Servings: 3


    Flour, white, 1.25 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, 1 serving (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp (remove)
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .25 cup, unthawed


Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Mix the flour, sugar and oatmela in a big bowl with a whisk, breaking any clumps. Beat the egg and the milk in a seperate bowl. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Heat skillet with medium-high heat. Pour the batter into the skillet a half cup at a time. Place a few blueberries on the pancake (7 or 8). When the edges brown flip the pancake over.

Place on a oven-proof dish and keep warm until all pancakes have been made.
