Ingredients

    * Shrimp, raw, 32 oz (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 tomato (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    * Hot chile pepers, 1 pepper (remove)
    * *Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    * Zucchini, 4 cup, sliced (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 3 medium (remove)

Directions

cut up all veggies in large chunks and saute in the bottom of large soup pot with onion and garlic until tender. Meanwhile boil 3 lg (dried) CA chilie pods in water until soft. Place chiles in blender with some water and blend until smooth. Add chile to veggies. bring to a boil. add about 12 c water and bring to a boil. Add the shrimp, shell on, and cook until shrimp is done. about 5 -10 minutes. makes 6 servings, about 2 cups each.
