    16 oz - chicken breast
    284 g - Brussels Sprouts
    8 oz - Whole Wheat Fettucine
    1 TBS - Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Slice brussels sprouts thinly.

Cut chicken into cubes

Cook fettuccine in a pasta pot of boiling salted water until al dente.

Meanwhile, heat 1/2 cup of water in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and saute until done. (Season as desired) - remove chicken and set aside. Add oil, Brussels sprouts, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper to skillet, then sauté over medium-high heat until tender and lightly browned, about 4 minutes.

Reserve 1/2 cup pasta-cooking water, then drain pasta and add to skillet along with chicken, tossing with enough reserved water to moisten.
