    1 lg head green cabbage shredded
    1/4 head red cabbage shredded
    2 carrots grated
    1 lg onion chopped and rinsed
    2 cups mayo
    1/2 malt or cider vinegar
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp celery seed
    1-2 tsp ground mustard
    salt and pepper to taste


mix veggies
in bowl, whisk mayo, vinegar, sugar, cumin, celery seed, mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over cabbage and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
