Number of Servings: 6


    1- 7.25 oz box kraft macaroni and cheese
    1- 6 oz can chunk white tuna, drained
    1/2 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c skim milk
    1/2 c frozen peas
    1 tbs dried parsley
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1 c shredded cheddar cheese
    1 c pepperidge farms stuffing mix
    1 tbs butter, melted


Cook macaroni. Drain and put in a large bowl. To the macaroni add the cheese packet, soup, milk, peas, parsley and onion powder. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan and add stuffing mix. Stir together and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees.

Serves six.
