    16 oz. can of Garbanzo Beans
    1/4 cup of the bean juice
    3-5 tbs lemon juice
    1 1/2 tbs tahini
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    1/2 tsp salt


Drain garbanzo beans and reserve juice.

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend.

Pour in the remaining juice as needed to make hummus as thick or thin as you wish.

Chill and serve with pita chips
