    1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef
    l 1/2 lb meatloaf mix (Ground beef,pork & veal)
    1 egg
    1/4 C egg beater
    1 C Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 C Quaker oats
    1 Tbsp ketcup
    1 Tbsp mustard
    14 C Fat free Half & Half
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper


Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Put into a 9x5" loaf pan that has been sprayed with PAM.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until meat thermometer registers about 160. Makes 16 servings.
