    1 TBS water
    10 oz frozen spinnach, thawed and chopped
    1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
    2 cups egg substitue
    4 whole wheat flour tortialls
    1 cup feta cheese crumbled
    1/2 tsp oregano


Spray non stick skillet with ff cooking spray. Add tomatoes and spinach, heat through. Add egg subsittue to pan, cook until softly scrambled, and remove from heat.
Heat tortiallas in a dry skillet over medium heat about 1 minute on each side.
Place 1/4 of egg mixture on each tortilla and top with 1/4 of feta cheese. Wrap burritos and eat!
