Great served with bbq or oven-baked boneless chicken breast. Great served with bbq or oven-baked boneless chicken breast.
Number of Servings: 4


    3 cups mixed salad greens
    2 cups baby spinach
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1 cup blueberries
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/4 cup crumbled Feta cheese
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese


Mix and toss. Top each serving with dressing of your choice (I prefer a cranberry balsamic) and enjoy.

Optional additional ingredients that go great with this salad: walnuts, baked boneless chicken breasts.
