Ingredients

    Celery, raw, 400 grams
    Onions, raw, 400 grams
    Garlic, 5 cloves
    Knorr Vegetable Stock cube, 1 serving
    Water, tap, 30 fl oz
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Creme Fraiche 2 tbsp


Directions

Chop all the dry ingredients small. Place in pan with the water. Bring to the boil crumbling in the stock cube and adding the ground up black pepper. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat and whizz up with blender.

Swirl in the creme fraiche until streaked throughout the soup. Serve hot with or without bread or Ryvita. Makes four generous servings of only 91 calories each.
