    1/2 c. Mountain High plain low-fat yogurt
    2 large strawberries or 1/3 c. wild blueberries
    1 fresh peppermint leaf
    4 oz. water or sparkling water


Throw everything into the blender and blend.

Pour into glass and enjoy!
