    1 stick butter
    1 c chopped onion
    1 c chopped celery
    2/3 c flour
    9 c reduced sodium chicken broth
    2 10 oz packages frozen broccoli pieces
    2 c heavy whipping cream


melt butter in dutch oven, add onion and celery. Cook until soft. Add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken broth slowly to avoid lumping. Heat through. Cook frozen broccoli in 1 inch water in another pan. Drain Broccoli. Add cooked Broccoli to chicken broth mixture. Add whipping cream and heat through.
