    Yeast, bakers, .5 ounce
    Honey, .3 cup
    warm Water,1 cup (8 fl oz) 105-110 degrees
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1.5 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 4 cup


Dissolve yeast and water in honey, about 5 mins. Meanwhile mix eggs and milk. Add Yeast mixture to egg/milk. Add White Flour. Mix well. Add Whole Wheat Flour Cup by Cup until incorporated and bread is smooth and elastic. Can do this by kneading - but I prefer a mixer with a dough hook. Put dough in warm spot to rise until doubled in bulk - about an hour.

Punch it down and divide into 3 equal pieces. Roll/knead dough until it fits into a bread pan. Place in bread pans sprayed with non stick spray. Allow to rise until doubled in pans. About another hour.

Cook at 375 until golden brown and sound hollow when tapped. About 20 minutes.
