Easy to make and very hearty! Easy to make and very hearty!

    1 box of sour cream and chives potatoes - betty crocker brand
    1 tbsp butter
    1/3 cup milk
    2 1/4 c of water
    1/4 cup shredded cheese
    1 lb ground turkey


Cook as directed on box, except you cook the ground turkey and add it to the mix. Cook on 450 for 20 minutes. Take out and sprinkle shredded cheese. Cook until cheese melts and then serve and enjoy!
