Ingredients

1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
6 TBLS Liquid Egg White
1/2 cup Eggbeaters Original [with real egg yolks]
3/4 cup unprocessed Wheat Bran [Millers Bran]
Cake Mix of your choice-I use Devil Food but any flavor will work. Spice Cake is really good.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400f
Mix together the eggbeater, liquid egg white and the apple sauce. Add the cake mix and Wheat Bran. Mix until you get a brownie like dough. I use an ice cream scoop to scoop out ping pong size
balls of dough.
Drop balls onto a greased sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes.
If you have a sil pat, you don't have to grease the sheet pan, also you can use parchment paper to
avoid having to grease the pan.
Makes 20 to 25 cookies
For a more decadant cookie, and many more calories and fat, you can add nuts, chocolate chips, toffee bits, mint chips etc. This is limited only to your imagination, {and waist line}!!!!
