    500 g. frozen green beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    3 potatoes
    0.5 - 1 medium onion
    c. 0.5 c. olive oil
    2 tbsp tomato paste


In a big pot, saute onions in a bit of oil. Add the green beans and fill the pot halfway with water. Add tomatoes, quartered potatoes, olive oil, tomato paste and garlic. Bring to a boil and then simmer for c. 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste near the end of cooking. Cool for an hour plus and then serve.
