    2-3 tomatoes, diced
    0.5 green pepper, diced
    0.5 onion, diced
    few sprigs of parsley, chopped
    0.5 can beans (kidney or black)
    0.5 can corn
    2-4 cloves of garlic
    jalapenos, chopped
    salt, to taste
    2 tbsp lime juice
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp cider vinegar


Chop all veggies. Drain and rinse beans. Drain corn. Add all ingredients together and season to taste.
