Introduction

These Crabcakes are easy to prepare, I have used minced crabmeat as well as lump. If you use minced you may need to add a bit more bread crumbs to get a good consistency. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 egg whisked
    1 Tbsp Hellman's Canola Cholesterol Free Mayo
    Splash or Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 Tsp of Old Bay Seasoning (adjust to taste)
    1 Tbsp of Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/4 Cup of Italian Bread Crumbs (any ole breadcrumbs will do)

Directions

Whisk the egg.
Add the Mayo to the egg mixture
Add the Worcestershire Sauce to the mixture
Add the Old Bay to the mixture
Add the Parmessan Cheese to the mixture
Add the bread crumbs to the mixture
Open and drain the crabmeat, then add it to the mixture.
Mix with a fork
Prepare into 3 inch sized patties
Spray a skillet with Pam and use med-low heat
Cook on both sides untill a golden color

Optional Garnish
1tbsp of Canola Mayo
2 Tbsp Sugar Free Relish
1/4 Tsp of Old Bay
