Hummus spread great on Whole Grain crackers or with fresh cut up vegetables Hummus spread great on Whole Grain crackers or with fresh cut up vegetables

Ingredients

    1 (15.5 oz) can - Garbonzo Beans
    2 fresh Plum Tomatoes
    1/2 md. Red Onion
    3 cloves of Garlic
    1 Jalapeno Pepper - seeds taken out
    1/4 cup - EVOO
    3 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro
    2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil
    Couple Dashes Red Cayenne Pepper
    Salt & Pepper to taste

    Blend all ingredients in food processor, until it makes a spreadable paste. Great for Parties!!
