Introduction

Ingredients

    take 4 c water with 1/4 tsp salt added. Bring to a boil, Add 2 c rice stir till comes back to boil, cover reduce heat to low simmer. Cook about 20 min or til tender. Set aside and cool.

    Mix eggs with cinnamon, milk and 1/2 br sugar, and vanilla. Add raisins to rice mix. Pour egg mixture to rice, mix, bake in 350 degree oven for 45 min or til done.
    Serv 10
