Steak and gravy to go over rice, pasta or potatos Steak and gravy to go over rice, pasta or potatos
Number of Servings: 2


    Beef, top sirloin, 5 oz
    *Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup


Dice up Onion and Garlic saute to desired doneness. Place peas and steak in crockpot. In a medium sized bowl mix cooked onion, garlic, cream of mushroom, mushrooms, boullon, soy sauce and black pepper together and pour over steak and peas in crockpot. Set crockpot to low and cook for 8-10 hours. Serve with pasta, rice, or potatos.

This is set for a serving of 2 but can be increased for more same cook time in crockpot.
