Number of Servings: 12


    4 cups rhubarb cut into bite size pieces
    1/4 cup wheat flour
    1 1/3 cups brown sugar
    3/4 cup egg beaters
    1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    Graham Cracker Pie Crust


Combine rhubarb, flour, and brown sugar
Wisk together eggs and lemon juice

Pour into pie shell
Bake at 400 for 15 min
Then bake at 350 for 40 min

    Sorry I guess it would help knowing how to prepare the rhubarb:-) Cut in to small bite size pieces.
