    2 Cups Long Grain White Rice, Cooked
    1 Egg
    1.5 Cup Salsa, divided
    1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
    1 tsp Chili powder
    1 can (15 ounces) Black Beans


1. Preheat oven to 350'F
2. Coat 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
3. Mix rice, egg, 1/2 cup salsa, 1/2 cup cheese and chili powder, press into bottom of dish
4. Mix beans and remaining salsa
5. Spoon over rice mixture
6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese
7. Bake 30 minutes
