    1 head cabbage shredded
    1 c green onion chopped
    1/2 c rice vinegar
    1/4 c soy sauce
    1/4 c peanut oil
    1 T ginger
    1 T garlic powder
    1 T sesame seeds
    1/2 cub veggie broth bouillon MSG FREE
    2 boneless skinless chicken thighs grilled and chopped


Place shredded cabbage and onion in large bowl set aside. Combine next 6 ingredients and mix well. Add to cabbage and onions and add grilled chicken. Let sit to maranade for a few hours and serve. Serves 4 large servings.
