Ingredients

    Chicken Broth, 2 cup
    Roasting Chicken, 1 chicken,
    Sweet potato, 2 large peeled and chopped
    Rosemary, dried, .5 tsp
    Sage, ground, .5 tsp
    Thyme, ground, .25 tsp

Directions

In a baking dish place one whole chicken rub with sage peel and chop sweet potatoes and place around chicken sprinkle all with rosemary and thyme add chicken broth to pan cover and bake 350 until chicken is done and it's juices are clear about one hour remove covering and let brown then let rest 5 mins and serve with any green side dish for a complete meal.
