Ingredients

    1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup All purpose Flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1tsp ground cinnamon
    3/4 cup skim milk
    1 TBSP cider vinegar
    1 small banana, mashed

Directions

1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
1/4 cup All purpose Flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Combine all the above in a medium size bowl and set aside.
3/4 cup skim milk
1 TBSP cider vinegar
MIx and set aside
1 small banana, mashed

MIx the Milk and vinegar with the banana then mix into the dry mixture by pouring in small amounts till mixture is smooth and spoonable.

Heat a medium size skillet and spray with cooking spray. Spoon mixture into pan and cook over medium heat till bubbles appear, turn and cook on other side till slightly brown.

I like to spread with tsp. of reduced fat peanut butter, sliced banana and 1 TBSP sugar free maple syrup.
Makes 8 pancakes 1 serving equals 2 pancakes.
