Introduction

This is a spicy side dish, if you are NOT a big fan of spinach this is a great recipe for you. This is a spicy side dish, if you are NOT a big fan of spinach this is a great recipe for you.

Ingredients

    1 TBSP Olive Oil
    1/2 TBSP Cayenne (Red) Pepper
    1 oz unsalted Sunflower Seeds, shelled
    1/4 C. Mandarin oranges, no juice
    3 C. fresh washed Spinach


Directions

Heat olive oil on medium heat, add cayenne pepper and sunflower seeds, stirring constantly add the mandarin oranges and spinach, continue to cook until desired consistency and serve. :)
