Introduction

This is what you cook if you have bunches of spinach and you are too lazy to do anything too fancy! This is what you cook if you have bunches of spinach and you are too lazy to do anything too fancy!

Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, 2 package (10 oz)
    Sour Cream, 3 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Salt, 1 dash
    Portabella Mushrooms, 50 grams

Directions

Heat oil in a pan, stir fry garlic and onion until turning brown. Then mix spinach and stir fry until the leaves are wilted and until you smell the faint scent of cooked spinach leaves. Throw in the diced mushrooms and cover pan, leave 5-10 minutes to cook in low heat.
