Ingredients

    1 lb Beef Stew Meat
    1 28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
    1 15 oz Can Kidney Beans
    1 14 oz Can Green Beans
    1 15 oz Can Corn
    1 lb Sliced Carrots
    4 Potatoes Peeled and Diced
    4 Cups Chopped Celery
    2 Cups Cooked Wild Rice
    5 oz Whole Wheat Pasta Elbows

Directions

This recipe is designed for a large crock pot. Fill crock pot half full with water. Add stew meat and cook stew meat all day in crock pot. Add carrots, potatoes and celery 2 hrs before serving. Add canned engredients 1 hr before serving. Add rice and pasta 3 min. before serving.
