    Blend 500g cottage cheese till smooth. Add 395g can condensed milk and blend again, then quarter cup of lime juice. Then blend in 2.5ts gelatine dissolved in quarter cup of hot water on the stovetop. Pour over preprepared base made from 100g melted butter and 250g malt biscuits whizzed to crumbs. Chill till set or overnight.
