    8 oz Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
    5 oz Spinach
    1, 14.5 oz can of Stewed Tomatoes (Italian Flavor) or Diced Tomatoes
    2 cups water


Combine all ingredients in a pan and bring to boil. Cover and lower heat to Medium Low. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add Spinach and cook for 4-5 minutes or until wilted. Stir to combine.

Serve with cheese and hot crusty bread. (Not included in nutritional information.)
