This is great....I have it probably 3 or 4 times a week. I used Hershey's Special Dark Syrup...tried the sugar free...but that tasted bad. So, now I use the one with sugar...about 2 T. and i also use Redi Whip fat free whipped cream...I might go a little nuts with that...but still, it's healthy. - 5/16/09

This is a great idea. Instead of chocolate syrup, I used strawberry banana yogurt with fat free whipped cream. I topped it all off with roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds. Very good! When I ran out of bananas, I also tried with blueberries as the base. This is a great way to get fruit intake! - 4/9/09
