Introduction
I like to eat oatmeal in the morning, but using too much milk and brown sugar made it more like dessert (calorie wise too!) So I tried supplementing things for milk. Ingredients

Quaker oats, Apple Juice, Applesauce.
Directions
Place 1/2 cup oats in bowl. Add 3/4 cup apple juice. Cook in microwave 3 minutes. Top with 1/4 cup Apple sauce (I use one that has cinnamon in it). Makes about a cup which is the serving size.
